Complaints
Everyone at The Gables Surgery endeavours to provide the best service and care possible. Unfortunately, we understand that there may be times when you feel this has not happened.
If you have a complaint about the practice, please feel free to leave a message, or complete a communication form at reception. The Practice Manager will then contact you within 5 working days to discuss your concerns.
Alternatively, you can put your complaint in writing to the Practice Manager at the surgery address and you will receive a written response.
